March 6th, 2008 - And here we find ourselves again. Everyone's favorite comic featuring mildly amusing stories drawn with the skills of a 13 year old girl with no sense of proportion is back! God bless Pinball Joe, that man had a fiery passion for playing pinball I may never the likes of again. Probably the last appearance for Joe as New Brunswick didn't work out for him and he headed back home to Ontario. Too bad too, he is infact a great, great man. So update on the last couple of months. The big thing I guess is the formation of our new Ramones-ish '77 band, The Coin-Ops. Yes, I'm back to jamming regularly which means TragicD is getting updated, well, irregularly from here on out. It won't be four months between strips, but the days of a new strip every week are pretty much done. This probably shouldn't come as too much of a surprise to longtime readers who may remember I only started doing the strip weekly when The DeadVonDoomsFucks stopped practising every week, playing shows etc... Trust me, I don't have enough awesome material to go every week anyways. It'd be like those 80 weeks of filler between Naruto seasons. It's in everyone's best interests, seriously! I'm guessing it's the end of TragicD in the [here] paper because of the erratic schedule. Maybe after I do like 8 or 10 new ones, I can send them a bunch and they'll do a run. Actually, that's a pretty good idea. If you wanna know how often to check in, I'd say realistically we're probably looking at about every three weeks or so. Could be two weeks, could be four weeks. I can't imagine it ever being more than four weeks though. What you should be doing inbetween is hangin' out at the board if you want to stay on top of things. Or if you just talk about anime with some people who have seen a lot, comic books, or whatever wackiness is going on in the world in a place with possibly the best awesome-to-troll ratio on the Internetz, you're invited to go check it out. We just passed 20,000 total posts this month. I think that's pretty good for a site this size.
